In this game, kids stand inside a boat and use a fishing line with a rock tied to the end and try to land on the fishes. If the rock lands on a fish, it goes in the boat. If the rock lands on a piece of seaweed then they must throw a fish back.
Variation: On each fish write one word of the Memory Verse. Children must catch the fish in order of the words of the verse.

- construction paper cut out in fish & seaweed shapes
- string
- small pebble or rock
- cardboard box boat
